Reiss Greenidge and Sam Corne have signed new deals at Maidstone.
The duo finished the campaign on the treatment table and were sorely missed as United suffered National League relegation.
Former Bolton man Greenidge impressed after joining as a free agent in October.
The 6ft7in centre-back produced a series of dominant performances before his season was cut short by an ankle injury in the Boxing Day defeat at Dagenham.
He joins fellow defenders George Fowler, Sam Bone and Raphe Brown in agreeing new contracts.
Corne, meanwhile, has signed up for a fifth season at the Gallagher.
A bundle of energy in the middle of the park, he played a key role in the Stones’ National South title-winning side a year ago.
He also looked the part in the National League, including a match-winning double against York, but suffered a season-ending knee injury in the Stones’ FA Trophy win at Eastleigh in February.
Stones boss George Elokobi said: “We know exactly what he brings to the team.
“He’s been excellent for us this season and an important part of what we’re wanting to achieve here.
“To get that commitment from him at this stage of the season is pleasing for me and it was something that he was really keen to make happen too.”
Maidstone made a further announcement this afternoon, with midfielder Bivesh Gurung signing a new deal with his hometown club.
“It made perfect sense for me, everything, being a local lad as well,” said Gurung.
“I’m really looking forward to next season.”
