Two players from Maidstone played in England Schoolboys under-18s 1-0 win over Wales in the Centenary Shield.

Ashley Ulph and Chris Smalling were both picked to start the match with Ulph starting the game at left wing-back and Smalling starting on the right hand side of a back three.

England dominated the match throughout with the game's only goal coming just before half-time when Smalling fired home from outside the area.

Ulph and Smalling will return to action when England take on the Republic of Ireland at Sunderland's Stadium of Light on April 18.
