Maidstone have signed a young Premier League defender on loan until the end of the season.
Full-back Charlie Seaman joins from Bournemouth and Stones head coach Hakan Hayrettin said: “We’ve heard a lot about this young man and are delighted to get him in until the end of the season.
“It’s a loan move that’ll be good for him and us, especially with the busy run in we’ve got coming up.”
Seaman, 20, joined the Cherries after leaving West Ham in 2016, progressing through the under-18s and under-21s to earn his first professional contract at Dean Court.
He made 24 appearances on loan at National League Eastleigh this season and before that had spells at Weymouth and Scottish Championship club Dundee United.
Seaman is the second Bournemouth player to join Maidstone on loan in the past few years, with Jake McCarthy making the move to the Gallagher in January 2017.
Maidstone visit Billericay in National League South this afternoon.
