Maidstone boss Hakan Hayrettin has added some more quality to his squad in the form of Roarie Deacon.
The attacking midfielder has joined the Stones from National League South rivals Havant.
It is a signing that Stone boss Hayrettin was keen to get done.
Deacon is probably best known for his successful spell at Sutton United. He played 90 minutes against Premier League Arsenal in the FA Cup fifth round in 2017.
He told Stones TV: "I'm pleased to sign, Maidstone is a big club. When I had conversations with Hak I knew instantly this was the place to sign.
"I love his enthusiasm he has been wanting to sign me for some time.
"The last couple of seasons has been stop-start (in general) so let's hope the fans can come back in and Maidstone have got a good following so I can't wait to show them what I can do."
