Oakwood Park Grammar School are one win away from completing unprecedented back-to-back trebles.
They added the Under-19 Kent Cup to their league title triumph with a 4-1 victory over Simon Langton School at Cobdown on Monday, sealing the double.
And if they beat the same opponents in the League Cup final, they will become the first school in the history of the Kent Schools FA to land successive trebles.
The chances look good as they hold a 6-4 lead from the first leg.
In terrible conditions, both sides were a credit to their schools in the Kent Cup final.
Langton took the lead but a change of formation seized back the initiative and Oakwood levelled when Sami Minani set the ball back for Luke Martin to unleash an unstoppable drive from 25 yards.
With half-time approaching, Martin and Sam Tansill combined before Max Eldridge found Minani, who cut back on to his right foot and fired in from the edge of the area.
Oakwood extended their lead three minutes after the break with Minani again proving too much for the defence as he jinked and turned in the box before slotting home his second.
Captain Sonny Cook and centre-back partner Adam Jones snuffed out any Langton attacks before a foul on Liam Wisdom saw Tansill score from the penalty spot.
Oakwood coach Steve Smith said: “It was a tough game, as we expected, but the boys have shown a lot of resilience throughout the season and responded brilliantly to going a goal down.
“The game was closer than the scoreline suggests but, on the night, we took our chances.
“It’s a fitting ending for a lot of these boys who have contributed so much over the last seven years and I would like to personally thank them for all their efforts.”
