Wealdstone v Maidstone
MAIDSTONE United's joint-manager Alan Walker has called on his defence to stop conceding soft goals which have seen the club slip too close for comfort to the foot of the Ryman League, Premier Division.
Stones are a mere three points better off than Tuesday's third from bottom opponents Wealdstone, following consecutive derby defeats against Tonbridge and Saturday's setback at home to Margate.
"I was asked if I was concerned about our lack of creativity after the Margate game," said Walker. "My answer was that I'm more concerned with the sloppy goals we're leaking. We need to tighten up - and quickly."
Walker names an unchanged squad for the Wealdstone match, which is expected to be watched by former Ashford, Dover and Chatham manager Clive Walker who joined the club's coaching staff this week.
