Westree boxers Daisy Constable and Cameron May won Southern Counties cadet finals at the Royal Harbour Academy in Ramsgate.
Constable, 15, beat Mya Ash from Gosport in a good under-52kg contest which saw both girls have some success with solid backhands.
But, over the three rounds, the Westree teenager landed the cleaner variety of shots against the slightly taller southpaw.
Constable was made to work hard for the points win, though, as Ash applied some decent pressure to the final bell.
She progresses straight to the national semi-finals in Wigan on March 25.
May, 14, boxed out of his skin to beat Michael Delaney of Sporting Ring in Surrey on points in the under-60kg category.
The pair went toe-to-toe with May being put under early pressure.
He kept his composure to land some terrific lead hands to head and body which slowed his opponent down late in the second round.
It was all May in the third, with relentless pressure rewarded by the judges.
He now boxes in the national quarter-finals at Baypoint Sports Centre in Sandwich today, taking on Joe Jeff from Sturminster ABC in Dorset.
