Maidstone striker Yemi Odubade is back in training following a foot injury.
Saturday's trip to Solihull Moors will come too soon for the former Eastleigh man, who has missed the last two games.
But he's making good progress and could return for the Aldershot home match on February 4.
Stones boss Jay Saunders said: "Yemi started doing a bit of jogging last night. He's probably up to 70%.
"He was saying he doesn't think he's ever been injured, he's never really had an injury.
"I'm kind of dubious on pushing him too much because you think you feel all right and then you can put yourself back a couple of weeks.
"It's one where we need to be careful but Yemi knows his body.
"He's definitely a no for this weekend but might have an outside chance the week after.
"He's worth waiting on because we want him to be right, especially with the system we played on Saturday.
"I think Yemi's always been better in a two and having Delano Sam-Yorke up there gives us that option."
Odubade is likely to be the only player missing at Solihull.
