A site along the River Medway is about to be transformed with 142 new homes go up for sale.
The five-and-a-half acre area off Village Road, near the A228 in Wouldham will include 113 properties for private sale and 29 for rent or share ownership.
The first phase of the aptly named Bridgeside Walk will face Peters Bridge along the banks of the river and will comprise mainly of one and two-bed apartments and houses between one and four bedrooms.
A small number of the two and three-bed houses are up for sale now with prices starting from £359,995.
Developer Linden Homes is building the properties under its Vistry Kent brand.
Marketing manager for Vistry Kent, Millie Groves, said: “Bridgeside Walk is our latest development at Peters Village.
"As the name suggests it sits in a prominent location within the wider development, opposite Peters Bridge which provides an impressive gateway into the neighbourhood.
“Bridgeside Walk features a wide variety of homes to suit people at all stages of the property ladder."
Development is still ongoing but the first homes are scheduled to be completed by November.
