An accident is causing severe delays on the A20 near Leybourne.

London Road is blocked with queuing traffic in both directions after a crash involving two cars between New Road and Winterfield Lane.

Drivers travelling between Leybourne and the Royal British Legion Village are being warned to expect delays.

No serious injuries have been reported.

A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 4.44pm following a collision involving two cars on the A20 in West Malling as it crosses the A228 Ashton Way.

"Officers are currently in attendance."
