The first incident is reported to have taken place at around 4am on July 4, after which the man walked away in the direction of the train station.

It is believed the suspect targeted the same address on September 4, before leaving in the same direction as before.

Earlier this month, officers released a CCTV photo of a man they would like to speak to, but have now released footage, which shows his face in more detail.

Anyone who recognises him is urged to contact the police.
