An air ambulance was called after a teenage boy riding a moped was injured in a road accident.
The collision happened in West Malling High Street shortly after 7.10pm yesterday and the helicopter landed at The Old County Ground cricket pitch in nearby Norman Road.
But the 16-year-old, who was involved in a crash with a car, did not require hospital treatment.
Initial reports suggested that the boy’s legs were trapped in the bike, but he walked away with minor injuries.
