Police and paramedics were called to a medical incident in Larkfield.

People reported a person having a medical episode in New Hythe Lane.

Emergency services were called to help a man, who it's believed had collapsed at the wheel of his car just after 12.30pm.

The man was not breathing, and passers-by had stopped to offer assistance before emergency services arrived.

Paramedics sent two ambulance cars and an ambulance, which transported the man to Maidstone Hospital.

He remains in a serious condition.
