Firefighters have been called to a blaze involving trees and undergrowth in Snodland.
Crews were called to the former Oastpark Golf Course in Sandy Lane Drive at around 2.30pm yesterday.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: "Nine fire engines are currently at the scene and crews are working to extinguish the flames and prevent any fire spread."
Drone footage and pictures show acres of fields blackened by the blaze.
The RSPCA Leybourne Centre is located nearby, but a post from the organisation confirmed staff and animals are safe.
It read: "We have been receiving lots of calls from the public regarding the fire behind our site, and whether we need help. Firefighters are currently tackling the fire, and all the animals and staff are safe."
Two fire engines remain at the scene of a fire today, Monday, July 15.
Crews are now surveying the affected area and using flexi packs, portable water tanks with a hose attached, to damp down any remaining hot spots.
This is the latest blaze after several fires this weekend.
Yesterday, firefighters tackled another blaze on Dartford Heath, the fifth fire there in a month. They have warned toxins and fumes will be around for several days.

In 2021 this was just 44.
UPDATE: KFRS said at 3.30pm on Monday, August 15 the fire was now out. A spokesman said: "Crews will continue to survey the affected area this evening, checking for any remaining hot spots. The fire destroyed around 14 hectares of land."
