A 18-year-old man's been charged with burgling a home in Larkfield.

Laptops and jewellery were stolen from a property in The Lakes between December 19 and 22.

After an investigation, Jack Reader, of Hackney Road in Maidstone was arrested last night.

He was charged with burglary and appeared before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday).

At this hearing he was further remanded in custody and will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday January 26, 2017.
