A man who 'posed as a taxi driver' has been charged with 23 offences.
Steven Snell has been charged with 13 counts of burglary and nine counts of fraud after properties in Gravesend, West Malling, Aylesford and Snodland were targeted.
The break-ins were reported to have taken place between July 25 and September 24.
Vehicles, car keys, cash, bank cars and personal items were alleged to have been stolen from the properties.
The bank cards were then used in nine different fraudulent transactions across Gravesend, Rochester and Maidstone.
The 35-year-old was also charged with kidnapping following an allegation he posed as a taxi driver in Maidstone and drove a woman on September 20.
Snell was remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
