Snodland man charged with theft of birds

A man from Snodland has been charged with possession of wild birds.
Leonard Devall, 35, of Kent Road, Snodland had been arrested on March 21 on suspicion of theft.
He was charged through a summons on September 6 with four burglaries at separate aviaries in Pembury, Aylesford, Chatham and Deal.
He will appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on October 5 regarding four offences of handling stolen property and possession of wild birds.
