A former soldier – who exposed his manhood while delivering parcels – is facing a possible jail sentence for his shocking behaviour.

Ex-soldier Robert Jenner went "commando" while delivering parcels to people in Maidstone, in a pair of jeans with a hole cut in the crotch.

The 44 year old self-styled naturist had revealed he didn’t wear underpants while working as a delivery driver.

Rob Jenner has been found guilty of 10 charges of exposure

Dressed in a dark suit, white shirt and brown tie, Jenner remained impassive as the jury returned guilty verdicts on 10 offences of exposure.

The jury failed to agree on 11th charge and the prosecution is not expected to ask for a retrial. He had denied all the charges.

Judge Simon James told Jenner – who has been in custody for six months awaiting trial – that one option is a prison term for his shocking and offensive behaviour, which was carried out in places where children were present.

During his trial at Canterbury Crown Court he said he became a naturist after serving with the infantry in Iraq.

Prosecutor Daniel Stevenson had told how Jenner sometimes wore see-through tights or shorts at a supermarket, shopping centre and near a children’s play area.

He said: "The prosecution say it is his aim is that the deliberate exposure of his penis has nothing at all to do with naturism and the only explanation is that he was acting in a deliberately provocative manner... with the full intention of causing as much alarm and distress as possible."

"The defendant wore a pair of trousers that were modified by him in that they had a very large hole in the crotch..." Prosecuter Daniel Stevenson

The jury heard how in November and December 2017 he worked as a self-employed courier for Hermes - but was sacked after the company received complaints about him flashing while making deliveries.

Mr Stevenson said: "The defendant wore a pair of trousers that were modified by him in that they had a very large hole in the crotch."

Jenner exposed himself to a pregnant woman in Sandlewood Court in Maidstone.

Three days later in December 2017 a father told Jenner to "f-- off" after he delivered a parcel; in Four Acres Road, West Malling exposing his genitals while it was snowing and sleeting.

The maximum sentence for exposing himself is two years. He will be sentenced later.
