Police appeal after passenger dies and another person injured in crash in Wateringbury Road, East Malling

A man has died and another person is seriously injured after a crash earlier today.

At around 7.45am on Friday, October 27, a silver Vauxhall Astra and grey Land Rover were involved in a collision along Wateringbury Road in East Malling.

Officers attended along with the ambulance service and a passenger in the Vauxhall, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger in the Land Rover was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.

The Vauxhall driver fled and inquiries to find them are ongoing.
