Borough Green: Police search for distinctive fishing equipment taken from a house in Hill View

A fisherman is hoping for a slightly different catch of the day after a haul of equipment was stolen.

Police are working to track down distinctive fishing equipment stolen from a house in Borough Green.

A limited edition 12ft Edward Barder split cane road and an ash and bamboo landing net were reported missing from a garage at a house in Hill View.

Police are appealing for information

The incident is believed to have occurred sometimes between 1am on Wednesday, August 19 and midnight on Saturday, September 12.

The offence was reported to police on Friday, October 16.
