Dean Ianson charged after Snodland 'disturbance' accused of spitting in an officer's face

A man has been charged after allegedly spitting in the face of a police officer.

Dean Ianson, 19, was detained after cops were called to a disturbance in Simpson Road in Snodland.

It is alleged he then spat in an officer's face on Tuesday.

The teenager, of Nevill Road, Snodland, was later charged with being drunk and disorderly in public and assaulting an emergency worker.

He has been released on bail to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court on June 4.
