Tickets have been pulled for a big Kent event, amid claims it has been cancelled.
Those wanting to visit the Big Day Out event this year through the official site have been told tickets are not for sale.
Organisers are believed to have cancelled the event scheduled to take place in Maidstone' Mote Park on Saturday, July 14.
People booking on the "tickets" section of the official site are directed to a screen that says "not on sale" for any of the ticket options, plus parking.
A Facebook page advertising the event has also now been deleted.
Ticket agency Skiddle said the organisers had blamed "rising infrastructure costs and poor ticket sales."
The event, which would have been the third Big Day Out in Maidstone, was to have featured the 2008 X-Factor champion Alexandra Burke, as well as singers Grace Davies and Lemar Obika.
Youngsters particularly will be disappointed as the festival was set to include a host of children's activities such as a drum school, donkey rides, circus school, and ferret racing.
Those who had bought tickets are being sent full refunds.
One ticket buyer had been told she would be refunded, after receiving an email saying the event had been cancelled.
She said she had been looking forward to the event, after visiting it for the last two years.
The organisers have been contacted for a comment.
