Tributes have been paid to a "true gentleman" from East Malling who died in a horror crash while riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
An inquest last week heard Paul Wright died from his injuries after crashing into the back of a car on the Sheppey-bound carriageway of the A249, just outside Sittingbourne.
The 51-year-old, of Catlyn Close, was riding along the road at around 3.20pm on Saturday, April 23
Paramedics and the air ambulance attended, but the married biker died at the scene.
Following the tragedy, friend Jeremy Crease said: "My heart goes out to the family and friends of a true gentleman, he passed doing something he loved."
Niece Tiarra Hanagan said she was heartbroken in an online tribute, adding: "Rest in paradise, you will be missed so much."
Mr Wright's nephew Liam Hanagan described Mr Wright as a "class bloke gone too early" and appealed for anyone with information to contact police.
Both carriageways of the A249 and the M2 J5 slip road were closed for several hours during the emergency.
Anyone with information should call 01622 798538 or email sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk quoting AH/SC/047/22.
