A West Malling entrepreneur is one step away from pitching her business idea to billionaire Sir Richard Branson.
But Monks Clothing, needs your votes to get it into the next round of the national competition, for a chance to receive mentoring and a £250,000 investment from the airline boss.
Pitch to Rich, in association with LinkedIn, aims to find and support Britain’s brightest businesses.
Owner and founder Amy Barker, 23, started the store in 2013 after receiving a government funded loan from the Start Up Loans Company.
The menswear store in Swan Street stocks rare and unique brands. Miss Barker said: "We are so excited to even be taking part in Pitch to Rich. Monks was started on a shoe string budget and everything has been done in house.
"Investment and mentoring could propel Monks Clothing and help us achieve everything the website and store is capable of.
"Every vote really does count and it takes no more than 30 seconds but could help make our small business a national one."
The top 50 businesses with the most votes will be invited for telephone interviews and face-to-face workshops before they are whittled down to 30, and then a final 9.
The winner will be chosen on June 26.
