This is the scene that greeted shoppers in Snodland today following a two-car crash last night.

Three people suffered minor injuries when the Renault Megane collided with a Fiat in the High Street just before 10.30pm, police said.

The Co-op building was slightly damaged during the accident and the road was partially blocked, re-opening at about midnight.

The damaged Renault was still at the crash site this evening, surrounded by police tape, awaiting recovery.
