Police stop car with no number plate on Wrotham Hill and find child in footwell

Police stopped a car and found a child in one of the footwells.

Officers originally pulled the car over because it didn't have a number plate, but subsequently found the young passenger.

The driver of the vehicle, a Volkswagen Caddy, was served with a Traffic Offence Report for dangerous and unsuitable use of a motor vehicle.
