It might be 105 days until Christmas, but Kent's shops are already starting to fill up with festive products.
Chocolate advent calendars on sale at the Asda store in Kings Hill have sparked the age-old debate about exactly when is too early for retailers to be stocking such items.

It comes hot of the heels of Bluewater Shopping Centre firing the Christmas klaxon by putting its grotto and ice rink tickets on sale.
An Asda spokesman said: "We know that some of our customers like to get into the festive spirit early and spread the costs before the big day, which is why we currently have a selection of seasonal treats available for customers to get their hands on - only 105 days to go!"
Last year Notcutts in Maidstone also sparked controversy by putting up Christmas decorations a month before Halloween.

Retailers are often accused of over-commercialising the festive season in the rush for profits, but others say it's never too early to get into the festive spirit.
