A teenager with a claw-hammer hidden in his coat was among those picked up as part of a police sting at Snodland station.
British Transport Police (BTP) was joined by officers from the Kent force as part of an evening of action on Saturday targeting drug users and fare evaders.
Sniffer dogs were also used.
Throughout the operation police carried out a number of searches under the Misuse of Drugs Act, and one man received a formal cannabis warning for possession of cannabis.
Officers also searched one teenager and during this search found a claw hammer hidden in his coat. He was dealt with by BTP for possession of an offensive weapon.
Around 40 people were also found to have been travelling without a ticket and issued on the spot fines including one teenager who tried to run off from officers and jumped over a wall.
He was caught by police and given a £20 fine - his original fare would have been £1.80.
Sgt Ashley Boxall said: "Officers work relentlessly to deter nuisance behaviour and criminal activity, not just at train stations but throughout the town and this operation is part of our ongoing response in tackling anti-social behaviour and concerns around drug use.
"Enforcement action such as this is also very important to gain valuable intelligence on the movements of people, who we believe are linked to criminal activity.
"We plan to hold more of these enforcement days in the future, so if you’re thinking of carrying drugs or using the train to commit crime, we will be looking for you."
