Fire crews used a high pressure jet to put out a blaze on board a seven-metre cruiser at a popular marina.
Firefighters were called out just after 9pm last night to Bow Bridge Marina in Wateringbury.
They used compressed air foam in a jet to put out the fire and prevent it spreading to other boats nearby.
There are no reports of any injuries and the cause of the fire is not known.
