Fire crews were called to extinguish a blaze in a car.

One engine arrived at Wateringbury Road, East Malling to reports that a Vauxhall Corsa was in flames.

They attended the scene at around 8.30pm on Friday evening.

The crew successfully tackled the blaze by 8.45pm and spent a further 20 minutes damping it down.

The car was 60 percent destroyed as a result.
