A driver is under investigation following a two car collision last night.

The accident saw two Volvo estate cars, one silver and one blue, collide on the slip road between the A20 London Road and the A228 West Malling bypass.

Kent Police were called just after 7pm and the slip road was completely blocked until 7.50pm, when one of the lanes reopened.

Paramedics were called and it is understood some people were treated for minor injuries.

Kent Police are unable to release more information on the driver under investigation.
