Firefighters were out in the early morning battling a garage blaze today.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to Melba Close in Kings Hill at 1.41am.

Crews managed to put out the fire before it could spread to an adjoining property.

No injuries were reported and crews left the scene at 2.40am.
