Fire fighters attended an Aylesford industrial estate twice last night days after a neighbouring bungalow went up in flames.
Crews were first called out to Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, in Mills Road, at 8.20pm after a smoke alarm was triggered and were called again half an hour later after security guards smelt burning.
On both occasions no fire was detected.
The call outs come two days after a derelict bungalow next to the estate was severely damaged by fire.
The incidents are not being linked.
