Fancy living in a country mansion with connections to Henry VIII?
Flats have gone on sale at Preston Hall with prices from £195,000 to the princely sum of £700,000.
The house, off London Road in Aylesford, was the home of the Culpeper family whose descendants included Joyce Culpeper, the mother of Henry VIII’s fifth wife Queen Catherine Howard.

Another descendant was Sir Thomas Culpeper, a courtier to King Henry VIII and Catherine Howard’s secret lover, for which they were both executed.
After the Culpepers the hall was owned by railway barons, before being used a hospital for the Royal British Legion and most recently, by the local health authority.
