A school believes that the Covid lockdown is no reason not to spread a little Easter joy.
Holmesdale School in Snodland is pressing ahead with its Easter Egg Drive - and is hoping to smash its previous record of 810 eggs collected and distributed to worthy recipients in hospitals and care homes in the neighbourhood.
But naturally Covid is making things a little different.
Those able to donate an egg can leave it at the school in a Covid-safe environment, or alternatively, donate to the school's Just Giving page and the school will purchase the eggs directly.
Teacher Ryan Badham has made a video and posted it on Facebok appealing for gifts.
