Owners of an historic pub have teased its reopening date after it was gutted by fire earlier this year.
Bosses at the Chequers Inn on High Street in Aylesford have promoted a Black Friday deal in which buyers of their vouchers will receive double its value.
In a Facebook post, the pub's management said: "Due to the amazing response we received last year for our Black Friday offer, we have decided to bring you the same fantastic offer this year.
"Our gift vouchers make great gifts for friends or are the perfect treat for yourself."
The vouchers, which will be valid from January 1 to April 30, can be used at multiple locations including sister venues The Hengist in Aylesford, The Walnut Tree in Yalding, and the Amherst Inn in Seal Chart.
The owners have also said the Grade-II listed pub will be open in time for the vouchers to be used in the establishment.
The 500-year-old building has been under repair after a fire broke out in the early hours of May 23.
Still currently closed, the pub has kept its customers informed of its revival via social media.
On Wednesday they posted a video of the new bar being installed which has got people eagerly anticipating their return to the iconic high street watering hole.
Excited customers said they were looking forward to the pub reopening and visiting for a drink.
Others said they were excited to return for Sunday lunch.
KentOnline has approached the pub for further details about the reopening and the renovation work.
