A lorry driver who was spotted watching a film on a laptop computer while driving on the M20 has been fined.

An officer riding an unmarked road policing motorcycle drove onto the M20 at Junction 5 (Aylesford) at 9am to see the 26-year-old lorry driver, from Poland, watching a film on a widescreen laptop with large headphones on.

He was pulled over by police and handed an on-the-spot £200 fine.
