A lorry has overturned and rolled onto its roof on a busy motorway.

The accident happened in the coast-bound carriageway on the M20 just after 3pm between J4 for Leybourne and J5 for Aylesford.

The HGV came to rest on the grass verge.

Traffic was stopped briefly to remove some debris from the carriageway but all lanes were open by 3.30pm

Highways England and emergency services are at the scene.
