One lane was closed on the M20 after a crash involving a lorry and a car.

The accident happened just after 5.30pm when an articulated truck and a small car collided on the coastbound carriageway between junction 3, for Borough Green, and junction 4 for Leybourne.

Ambulances, a fire engine and police were called.

The car was righted just after 6pm and all lanes were reopened.

Delays built up in the area due to the temporary closure.
