Morris dancers spent part of their May Day celebrations teaching youngsters in Wrotham about their centuries old tradition.
The Hartley Morris Men stopped off at the St George’s Primary School, in the village’s High Street, to perform for the children.
The side, which was first formed 40 years ago, spent about an hour with the kids before moving on to Sedleys School in Southfleet.
Prior to their mini tour they performed a ritualistic dance to celebrate the sunrise.
They flocked to the Coldrum Stone Circle, near Trottiscliffe, at about 5.30am and danced between the stones, believed to have been placed there over 6,000 years ago.
