Traffic was at a standstill on the M20 after a car collided with the central reservations.

The accident happened at 7.40am on the coastbound carriageway between junctions 3 for Sevenoaks and the M25 and 4 for Rochester, Leybourne and West Malling.

Traffic was stopped while the car was recovered but queues are starting to clear.

Police confirmed no serious injuries were reported.
