A woman who is donating a kidney to a poorly neighbour has been given a special present thanks to kmfm's Make Someone's Christmas.
Nikki Moore from Kings Hill will undergo surgery this month so her neighbour can have a transplant after being very ill for the past two years.
The mum-of-four, who is a clinical support worker at Tunbridge Wells hospital, was nominated by her friend Louise Hardy.

Louise said: "She is a lovely lady who always puts others first she is so generous and warm often carrying out random acts of kindness.
"I would love her to have something special for her for Christmas as she does so much for others."
Nikki is the third person to receive a gift after people across the county nominated those they felt deserved something special for Christmas this year.
She is being sent for an overnight spa escape to help her on her way to a full recovery following the operation.
Yesterday, budding author Alice Wightman from Canterbury was told she would be getting a computer and printer as a thank you for helping to look after her older sister, who suffered a brain injury after a car crash, and the rest of her family.
Young carer Belle Henderson from Faversham received the first surprise call after being nominated by her mum and will be going on a trip to Legoland.
