Police helicopter circling above Barming and East Malling after reports of concerns for a man's welfare

A police helicopter was scrambled to the skies above Barming to help in a search operation.

Officers were called at 7.50am to reports of concerns for a man's welfare, and brought in the chopper to help.

He was found near East Malling train station at around 9.30am and is now being taken to hospital.
