A major motorway has been reopened following a crash this afternoon.
The M26 was shut between junction 2A, the A20 for Wrotham and M20 junction 3 after a vehicle left the eastbound carriageway.
All lanes of the motorway reopened just after 4pm.
A Kent Police spokesman confirmed officers were called just before 3pm following reports of the accident.
Police, paramedics and the fire service attended and the road was closed while a man was rescued from the car.
The driver was treated at the scene but his injuries are not though to be life-threatening.
