Drivers faced long delays on their morning commute after a motorway was shut due to a crash between a car and a lorry.
The M20 was blocked westbound between Junction 4 for West Malling and Junction 3 for the M26 from about 6.30am.
Police attended the scene where the car driver reported injuries.
He was taken to a local hospital for further medical attention and arrangements were made to recover his vehicle.
The injuries are not described as life-threatening.
All lanes have now reopened, but it took until 9.30am for residual delays to clear.
At one point, traffic backed up to Junction 6 of the A229 at Blue Bell Hill.
