Police are advising car owners to be alert after computers and designer sunglasses from vehicles.
Overnight between Friday and Saturday, the steering wheels were reportedly stolen from BMWs parked in Teapot Lane, Priory Grove and Woodland Road in Aylesford.
A steering wheel was also stolen from a BMW in Boxley Road, Penenden Heath over the period.
The thieves also took the opportunity to steal valuables from inside the cars including laptop computers and designer sunglasses.
Inspector Maxine Martin said: "I would ask residents to remain vigilant and report anybody acting suspiciously during the hours of darkness by calling call 101 or 999 in an emergency.
"I would also advise car owners in the Aylesford and Penenden Heath areas, particularly those with BMWs, to park their cars in a well-lit place, on a driveway or in a garage overnight if possible."
There are a number of steps which can be taken to help prevent becoming a victim of crime:
Remove all valuable items overnight.
Consider investing in CCTV and sensors which alert you when someone walks near your vehicle or enters the driveway.
Have valuables `security marked’ so it makes them harder to sell on if they are stolen.
