A stolen digger has crashed through a wall of a petrol station.

Police are investigating the attempted burglary at Aylesford Service Station in Forstal Road, Aylesford.

The force was called just after 12.40am this morning after the vehicle was taken from a building site. A wall has been damaged.

A search was carried out but no arrests have yet been made. It is understood nothing was stolen from the premises.
