If you take a wander round the streets of the small village of Offham near West Malling this week, you will be surprised at how many famous people you might bump into.
You could meet Donald Trump on one corner, and Boris Johnson on the next.
There's charity veteran Captain Tom, singer Ariana Grande and even Princess Jasmine from Disney's Aladdin.
Of course the celebs are not there in person, but as effigies created for Offham Primary School's Celebrity Scarecrow Walk.
Becky Simmons, the treasurer of the school's Parents, Teachers and Friends Association, explained: "With the Covid restrictions, we've not been able to do many of our regular fundraising events this year - the school discos, the summer fete or Christmas fair.
"So we've had to think of something different that can be done while observing social distancing."
In total, 37 scarecrows have been entered and for £3 visitors can purchase a guidebook from the PTFA to explain exactly where they can be found.
Mrs Simmons said: "There were quite a few people walking around this weekend. We just have to hope the weather stays dry for the rest of the week."
The scarecrows are on display for the rest of half-term at which point they will judged with a prize for the best.
Local farmer Stephen Betts, who owns of Lawrence J Betts Farm Ltd next door to the school, knows a thing or two about scarecrows and he will be doing the judging.
We're sure it's not an attempt to curry favour, but the Rainbow reception class at the school have created their own scarecrow currently sitting outside Offham Church - and it's Mr Betts!
Maps can be purchased from The Spadeworks Farm Shop in Teston Road or online by clicking here.
All proceeds go towards supporting the village school.
