Around 600 members of the Scouting movement got together to celebrate St George’s Day and the royal wedding.
Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and leaders from Gillingham, Rainham, Twydall, Hempstead and Wigmore held the patriotic gathering at The Howard School, in Derwent Way, Rainham.
They held a massive street party as well as having lots of fun and games.
A badge had been designed for the day, created by Louis Harrison, a member of the 14th Gillingham Cubs.

There was a special guest appearance from the Mayor of Medway, Cllr David Brake, who made a speech during the ceremony to renew promises.
Lee Hardy, an assistant district commissioner for Gillingham Scouts, said: “The day was the biggest St George’s Day celebration in Gillingham Scouting history.
“It has taken a lot of planning.”
