An air ambulance landed in a field this evening after it was called to an incident.
Medics were scrambled to Frindsbury Hill near Strood at about 5.25pm today.
It is understood there was "patient transfer", according to an eyewitness.
The chopper landed in a nearby field and it has since left the scene.
The ambulance service has been contacted for more information.
